These terms govern your use of the Heya ("Heya Beauty Club") app and services. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

About the Service

Heya is a ladies-only platform that lists offers from independent clinics and beauty centers in the UAE and lets you discover and contact them. Heya acts only as a listing and discovery intermediary; it does not provide the beauty services itself. Those services are provided by the independent centers and are their responsibility.

Eligibility & Account

• The app is intended for adults (18 and over).
• You log in via your phone number and are responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of your account.
• You may not share your account or code with anyone else.

Subscriptions & Payment

• Access to offers requires a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions are auto-renewing and billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account at the prices shown in the app.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it before the end of the current period in your store's subscription settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple and Google policies.

Offers & Centers

Offers are provided by independent centers and may change or expire at any time. Heya does not guarantee the availability of any offer or the quality of any service. Booking and treatment take place directly between you and the center, and you present your Heya code at your visit to confirm the offer.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use the app lawfully, and not to misuse the code system, attempt fraud, or harm the service or other users.

Intellectual Property

All app content and trademarks are owned by Heya and may not be copied or used without prior permission.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is." Heya is not responsible for services provided by the independent centers, nor for any damages arising from their use, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

Heya may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or misuses the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app means you accept the updates.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
