Which app this is

This page is for the Heya mobile app published by Heya Beauty Club (heyaclub.com), available on the App Store and Google Play. It explains how to delete your Heya account and the data connected to it.

Delete your account from the app

Deleting your account is done inside the app, where you are already signed in — that is how we know the request is really yours.

1. Open the Heya app and sign in with your phone number.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

For your protection the app may ask you to sign in again first, because a deletion cannot be undone. Your sign-in is removed first, then your account data — there is no waiting period and no way to restore the account afterwards.

If you can no longer sign in

If you lost access to your phone number or the app, send us a deletion request with the form below (or email support@heyaclub.com). We will contact you to verify that the account is yours before anything is deleted — we cannot confirm, deny or discuss an account with anyone whose ownership we have not verified.

Sending this form creates a support request. It is not itself a deletion: we reply to the email address you give and verify ownership first.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes your sign-in credential and every record linked to it:

• your profile — name, phone number, email, birth date, city and area, interests and language
• your member code and your loyalty points, points history and recorded visits
• your favourites, your reviews and any reply threads on them
• your notifications, notification preferences and push tokens
• your reward-wheel spins and your Jameela assistant usage
• your subscription status record inside Heya, including any promotional access granted to you

What is not deleted by us

• Your paid subscription. Heya Premium is billed by Apple or Google, not by Heya. Deleting your Heya account does not cancel it — cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings, otherwise it keeps renewing.
• Purchase records. Receipts of purchases and renewals sent to us by our subscription provider (RevenueCat) and by the stores are kept as business and accounting records. They identify the purchase, not your profile.
• Messages you sent us. If you wrote to support, that message stays in the support mailbox so we can answer you.

Heya does not keep a copy of your profile after deletion, and there is no “cooling-off” period before it is removed.
