• Your approval depends on your HEYA app account: after you apply, confirm the request inside the app with the same phone number. Nobody can apply in your name.
• Approval is at Heya’s discretion. Approved creators get Heya Premium through the program for 6 months, which Heya may renew, suspend or end.
• One Creator Benefit per calendar month (Dubai time), from the offers you are eligible for at centres that accept creators, within each centre’s monthly limit. Eligibility depends on your audience size and the value of the offer.
• Each offer shows the content it asks for, set by its price: under AED 350 — 1 Story; AED 350–999 — 2 Stories; AED 1,000–1,999 — 3 Stories + 1 Reel; AED 2,000 and above — 3 Stories + 1 Reel pinned for 3 days.
• Publish within 7 days of your visit, feature and tag the centre, and upload one screenshot as proof in the app. Your next benefit unlocks once it is reviewed.
• Your content must cover three things, in your own words (no script is required): Heya Beauty Club, how it helps you discover beauty offers and save on beauty services; the centre, who they are and your experience there; and the service you received, what it was and your genuine experience and result.
• Content must be honest and follow UAE advertising rules, including disclosing the collaboration. Creator Benefits earn no loyalty points.
• Reach figures are self-declared and may be checked. Screenshots are stored privately and seen only by the Heya team.
• The general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply.
